At Opio Fragrances, we aim to deliver your favorite scents safely and quickly across Pakistan. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Delivery availability may vary for remote areas.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

• During sales or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–6 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or operational factors.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: Calculated at checkout based on location and order value.

• Free Shipping: May be offered on promotional campaigns or qualifying order amounts (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email so you can monitor delivery status.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery in most locations across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If the order remains undelivered, it may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or incomplete:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

• Provide your order number and clear photos of the package and product.

• We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

9. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Opio Fragrances is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
