All purchases made through Opio Fragrances are non-refundable.
We only offer product exchange if the eligibility criteria below are met.
You may request an exchange if:
The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
The product seal must be intact.
You provide a valid order number or proof of purchase.
If you receive an item that is:
Damaged during delivery
Defective
Incorrect (different product than ordered)
Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos. After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
For hygiene and safety reasons, exchanges are not accepted for:
Opened or used perfumes
Products with broken seals not reported at delivery
Items returned without original packaging
To request an exchange:
Contact customer support within the eligible timeframe.
Provide your order number and reason for exchange.
Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.
Once we receive and inspect the product, your replacement will be dispatched.
If the exchange is requested for personal preference, customers may be responsible for shipping charges.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the exchange policy.
